Wheel Pattern
The distance between the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of the bolt hole right next to it will help determine the bolt pattern.
- If the distance = 2-5/8" then the bolt pattern is a 5 on 4-1/2
- If the distance = 2-3/4" then the bolt pattern is a 5 on 4-3/4
- If the distance = 3" then the bolt pattern is a 5 on 5
- If the distance = 3-1/4" then the bolt pattern is a 5 on 5-1/2

Setting Valve Lash
Adjust intake valve when exhaust valve just starts to open.
Adjust exhaust valve when intake valve is almost closed.

How to wire your Autometer tach
Red wire - Power wire, should be connected to switched hot wire.
Black wire - Ground, must be good ground not car's interior.
White wire - Light, connect to dash lights or to same as red wire.
Green Wire- Ignition, should be connected to tach terminal on MSD box, or tach terminal on HEI distributor, or neg. post on stock coil.
